What licenses and insurance do you carry? Are your workers covered by Worker’s Compensation?

We are licensed by the Ministry of the Environment and carry comprehensive $2 million comprehensive liability insurance. All of our wokers are covered by Worker’s Compensation and we have an excellent safety record. Safety, both for our workers and our customers, is our number one priority on the job.

What happens to the junk that I place in my dumpster rental?

We do everything we can to recycle all possible materials. Examples of materials that can be recycled include drywall, metal, clean wood, and computer or e-waste recycling. Licensed disposal facilities take care of everything that cannot be donated or recycled.

Do you offer discounts for dumpster rentals?

Yes, businesses may apply for a commercial discount on dumpster rentals. We also offer a $25 discount for online orders. Be sure to check out our social media for current promotions.

What forms of payment do you accept for the rentals?

We accept email transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How quickly can I get a dumpster delivered?

Though we’re busy year-round, we can often provide same or next-day bin rental. That said, we do encourage you to book well in advance if you are in a time-sensitive situation, such as a real estate closing, so that we can be sure to accommodate you.

Will you damage my driveway when you deliver my dumpster bin?

We take several precautions to make sure your driveway does not sustain damage. We put down plywood to offer a layer of protection and use a modern system of delivery to place the bin down very gently, thus preventing impact damage. We also offer mini bins for smaller jobs.

When will you deliver or pick up the dumpster bin?

We deliver and pick up based on the best routing for our trucks. The timing on the scheduled delivery or pick-up day is 7 am – 7 pm or dawn to dusk.

How do I know what the weight will be for my dumpster bin if I exceed the weight allowance?

We’ll weigh it for you at a third-party facility. They will provide us with an official ticket, which can be provided upon request.

Do I need to be at the location when you deliver or pick up the dumpster bin?

No. Unless we cannot gain access to the delivery location without special arrangements.

What items are allowed in the dumpster bin?

Permitted Material – Furniture – desks, filing cabinets, dressers, mattresses, couches, sofa-beds, armchairs – Appliances – washers, dryers, computers, fax machines, stereos, TVs – Household items – dishes, clothing, tools, boxes, lawn mowers – Construction and renovation materials – drywall, plaster, tiles, glass, shingles Wood – pressure treated and regular lumber, fencing, plywood, firewood – Yard waste – leaves, branches, grass, sod, compost. Prohibited Material: Do not put soil, dirt, clay, gravel, sand, asphalt or other aggregate material unless a soil or concrete only bin is rented. Only trace (eg: soil in a garden pot) or small amounts allowed (up to 10 wheelbarrows) are permitted in the bin. We cannot take hazardous waste such as propane tanks, batteries, paint, asbestos, oil, solvents, or bio-medical waste. Appliances that contain freon (fridges or freezers) are prohibited.

How do I rent a dumpster?

Are there any cancellation fee's?

Any cancelled orders will incur a $99 fee if more than 24 hours notice is provided prior to the scheduled delivery date. Same day cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $149 fee plus applicable taxes.
