Not Sure How Much Junk You Have? Think in Pickup Trucks
The easiest way to size up your pile: picture how many pickup truck loads it would take to haul it away. A standard pickup holds about 2.5 cubic yards. So if your junk would fill four pickup trucks, you're looking at roughly 10 yards of debris — and a 10 or 15 yard bin is your sweet spot.
Still eyeballing it? That's fine. Most people underestimate their junk, which brings us to the golden rule below.
When in Doubt, Size Up
Here's the honest truth from 24 years in the bin business: ordering one size bigger is almost always cheaper than ordering a second bin. If you're stuck between two sizes, take the bigger one. An extra bit of breathing room costs a little; a second delivery costs a lot.
Renting for Concrete, Dirt or Brick? Read This First
Heavy materials like concrete, soil, brick, asphalt and rock can only go in our low-wall 6 and 8 yard Soil & Concrete bins. It's not about space — it's about weight. A big bin full of concrete is too heavy to lift safely, and roads have legal weight limits.
If you've got more than one bin's worth of heavy material, no problem: we'll swap out your full bin for a fresh empty one. It's how the pros do driveways and patios.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the most popular dumpster size?
The 20 yard bin is our most popular size. It handles multi-room renovations, roofing tear-offs, and big cleanouts, while still fitting comfortably on a residential driveway.
What happens if I order the wrong size bin?
If your bin fills up, we can swap it for a fresh one (a second rental applies). That's why we suggest sizing up when you're in between — one bigger bin beats two deliveries.
How much weight is included with my rental?
Every rental includes 1,000 kg of disposal. If you go over, the extra weight is billed by the kilogram — heavy materials like shingles, tile, and wet wood add up faster than you'd think, so mention them when booking.
Will the bin damage my driveway?
Our bins are driveway friendly, and our drivers place boards under the rails when needed. Just let us know where you'd like it placed when you book.
Are the bin dimensions exact?
Bin dimensions may vary slightly depending on your area, since different regions run slightly different equipment — but the bin volume you book is always accurate. A 20 yard bin holds 20 cubic yards, period.
